Job description

Compensation

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Cambridge Real Estate Services is currently seeking a knowledgeable Assistant Property Manager to become a part of the organization. While offering a workspace fostering growth and development for people of all backgrounds, Cambridge Real Estate Services invests in its employees with offerings such as an education reimbursement and a 401(k) plan with a full 100% match up to a 10% contribution. This position is full‑time, 40 hours per week, to include weekends.

Summary

Provide quality meals and dietary service to residents.

Duties
  • Supervise administrative, marketing, and maintenance staff
  • Monitor the condition of the property to provide proactive maintenance services
  • Supervise and coordinate vendors, including landscapers, turnover services, technicians
  • Oversee capital projects
  • Provide effective resident relations
  • Monitor and manage resident payment practices
Qualifications

  • Full understanding of property management and the financial aspects
  • Yardi experience preferred
  • Customer focus and bottom‑line orientation
  • Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to be positive under all circumstances

  • Present a neat, clean, professional appearance at all times while on the job
