The Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of menu items in accordance with established recipes, production schedules, and food safety standards. This position supports daily dining operations by ensuring food quality, proper sanitation, accurate food storage, and exceptional customer service. The Cook works collaboratively with management and kitchen staff to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient food service environment while assisting with inventory control, production documentation, training of new employees, and special events as needed. The position may require flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and catering assignments.
This position reports to the Chef.
