Job summary

Prime Healthcare Mercy Medical Center in Aurora, IL seeks a Dietary Aide to join our Department of Dietary. This full-time role offers variable hours from 6am-2:30pm and 10:30am-7pm, every other weekend, totaling 40 hours weekly.

You will prepare quality meals according to established food safety policies in a sanitary environment, with a preference for candidates with two years of commercial/institutional cooking experience and knowledge of therapeutic diets.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in food service, preferably in commercial or institutional cooking.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets is desired.
• County-specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained.
