Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an experienced Cook to prepare high-quality meals for residents in a safe, clean kitchen. You will follow standardized recipes, monitor temperatures, and support dining services operations in our Arlington, MA community.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards.
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.

Pay Range

19.65 - 24.65
