Job summary

Beef 'O' Brady's in Apollo Beach, FL, is seeking back-of-house team members to prep, cook, and plate menu items per recipe specs in a fast-paced, friendly setting. Now hiring Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

Responsibilities include following food safety guidelines, maintaining clean work areas, and assisting with fast, quality service for guests. Weekend shifts and English ticket-reading are required.

Qualifications

• Read tickets, recipes, prep sheets and spec charts in English.
• Operate grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.
• Be available for weekend and holiday shifts.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds.

Our back-of-the-house team members are responsible for prepping, cooking, and plating up Beef's delicious menu items according to recipe specs. They take pride in preparing quality food and providing fast service to keep our guests happy. Positive attitudes and teamwork are a must at Beef's.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
