Job summary

First Watch in Apex, NC is seeking dedicated cooks for our back-of-house team. You will contribute to a chef-curated breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience, upholding our YOU FIRST culture by putting people first and delivering exceptional meals.

Expect a supportive team, opportunities to grow, and a work environment with no night shifts. You’ll be trained in a specific station, participate in fast-paced service, and collaborate with teammates to ensure quality and safety.

About The Position

Our Back-of-the-House team members have a mutual respect for quality food, and they perform their responsibilities as if placing a personal signature on every plate. Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on their comfort level & innate skill. In other words, you don’t need to master the art of flipping an egg to work at First Watch (unless you want to!)
