Job summary

4-Staff is seeking reliable Seasonal Cook’s Assistants for winter camp operations on Alaska’s North Slope. You will support daily kitchen tasks, prepare and serve meals, and live in a remote camp environment with long 12-hour shifts.

Ideal candidates are team-oriented, comfortable in remote settings, and able to work extended rotations. Fly-in flights from Anchorage are provided with free camp housing and meals while on site.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of high-volume food production or commercial kitchen experience.
• 1–2 years of high-volume food production or commercial kitchen experience.
• Alaska Food Worker Card.
• Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

What You’ll Need

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of high-volume food production or commercial kitchen experience
• Alaska Food Worker Card
• Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Able to perform physical work during 12-hour shifts
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Able to manage time and complete tasks efficiently
• Works well as part of a team
• Must pass drug test, post-offer fitness-for-duty test, and criminal background check
