Job summary

Grace Lutheran Communities in Altoona, WI is seeking a dedicated Cook to join the River Pines team. This full-time position offers AM shifts and casual shifts, with pay ranging from $16.00 to $19.50 per hour based on experience.

Join a mission-driven team focused on compassion and community in a warm, welcoming environment. Responsibilities include preparing meals for tenants and guests, presenting meals in the dining room, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and upholding confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for tenants and guests
• Oversee presentation of meals and service in the dining room including greeting and visiting with residents
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen and storage areas; maintain confidentiality
• Projects a positive image of the organization in dealing with tenants, families, staff, outside business agencies and contacts
• Additional duties as assigned
