Principal Duties

• Prepare high-quality food quickly and passionately
• Follow recipes and ensure outstanding presentation
• Complete prep lists and portion items per specifications
• Run your station efficiently, follow recipes, stock food
• Know all menu items, garnishes, and prep methods
• Ensure timely delivery and proper storage of ingredients
• Label food and maintain FIFO rotation
• Maintain a fast pace with good cleaning habits
• Assist with cleaning equipment and smallwares
• Perform other duties as assigned
