American Baptist Homes of the Midwest in Albert Lea is looking for a Cook to join their team at Thorne Crest. This part-time position offers a pay range of $17.00–$22.00/hr based on experience, with hours from Monday to Friday, including every other weekend and holiday.

Your role will involve preparing meals, maintaining kitchen standards, and collaborating with the culinary team. Required skills include prior cooking experience and knowledge of food safety standards.

About this position

Cook

Cook at Thorne Crest: $17.00–$22.00/hr, credit given for experience. Part-time, Monday–Friday 10 AM–7 PM, with every other weekend and holiday.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook meals for residents according to menu guidelines and dietary needs


• Work alongside the culinary team to keep daily kitchen operations running smoothly

• Help with ingredient sourcing and inventory management
