Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Seven years’ work experience in non-profit operations management and supervision or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Knowledge of Boys & Girls Clubs mission and non-profit principles and practices.
• Ability to organize, direct and coordinate operations, supervision, facilities, budget management.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with staff, board, community groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the implementation and delivery of operations, programs, services and activities to achieve Youth Development Outcomes.
• Oversees strategic planning and evaluates opportunities to improve program effectiveness.
• Supports Board Committees and co-leads the Board Safety Committee.
• Coordinates agency budget development and explains variances in revenues and expenditures.
• Manages administrative processes and facilities maintenance and repairs.
• Plans and implements staff development and training programs.
• Develops partnerships with youth-serving organizations and community groups.
• Maintains public relations for Club programs and activities.
• Oversees risk management and insurance compliance.
