• Strong consensus-building and negotiation skills across large organizations.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and external environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key right hand to the COO, managing issues of organizational importance.
• Drive cross-functional execution and integrated business priorities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end across internal teams and external vendors.
• Support governance forums and board/committee content preparation and follow-up.
• Prepare materials and communications representing the COO’s message.
