Job summary

Redding Ridge Asset Management LLC is seeking an Associate, COO: Strategy & Business Management, to join the COO team in New York. You will blend financial modeling with business insight to support strategic initiatives and performance analysis.

You'll build models, prepare executive materials, and collaborate across Finance, Legal, Operations, Technology and Investment teams to drive growth and disciplined decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in investment banking, strategy consulting, FP&A or related analytics.
• Strong financial modeling and revenue/cost understanding.
• Self-starter with ability to deliver clear outputs from loosely defined briefs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive-level materials.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented and able to balance rigor with speed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance across core lines and produce outputs for COO and leadership.
• Develop business cases and investment rationales for new initiatives.
• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, fees and scenarios.
• Prepare financial reports, board materials and investor-ready materials.
• Track KPIs and develop analytical dashboards for strategy and planning.
• Support COO on strategic initiatives and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, Technology and Investment teams.
• Develop strategic planning frameworks as the firm scales globally.
• Lead special analytical projects with strong financial judgment.
