Avenues Recovery Center seeks a highly motivated Chief of Staff to the COO. This role blends strategy, operations, analytics, and leadership to translate priorities into action and drive execution across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver and project leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, operates with autonomy, and moves complex initiatives forward with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-8+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare operations, business operations, corporate strategy, private equity, investment banking, or a similarly analytical environment.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects from strategy through implementation.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to drive execution of strategic and operational priorities.
• Translate objectives into clear action plans with owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across departments, facilities, and leadership teams.
• Track commitments, drive accountability, identify risks, and resolve roadblocks.
• Manage priority flow, information, and decisions within the Office of the COO.
