Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Manager, Business Governance to join the Office of the COO. The Experienced Manager coordinates cross-functional initiatives, supports governance rhythms, and delivers high-impact deliverables that enable decision-making.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the role focuses on governance, M&A integration projects, and strategic execution across multiple teams while maintaining executive presence and discretion.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure accountability.
• Tracks and follows up with key initiatives across a portfolio of functional domains to deliver strategic objectives.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to drive execution and resolve issues quickly.
• Supports executive-level presentations, briefings, and decision-support materials.
• Facilitates communication flow across COO teams and initiatives.
• Leads PM for M&A integration and process optimization when needed.
• Demonstrates adaptability and executive presence in a dynamic environment.
