• Understanding of professional services business drivers, governance and delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to design processes and operating models that improve team effectiveness.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.

• Develops and maintains detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Tracks initiatives across a portfolio and maps deliverables to objectives.
