Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Manager, Business Governance to join the Office of the COO. The Experienced Manager will drive strategic initiatives and operational governance across the COO's organization, coordinating cross-functional work and delivering high-impact deliverables to empower decision-making.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role offers hands-on leadership, exposure to enterprise-level strategy, and involvement in M&A integration activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, operations, transformation, or management consulting.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Solid understanding of professional services business drivers and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Track initiatives across a portfolio and map deliverables to strategic objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive execution and resolve issues quickly.
• Support senior leaders with executive-level presentations and decision materials.
