Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, operations, transformation, or management consulting.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing processes, operating models, business cases, or management mechanisms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Tracks initiatives across a portfolio and maps deliverables to progress.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to drive execution and resolve issues.
• Supports executive-level presentations and decision-support materials.
• Facilitates information flow across COO-led teams.
• Leads project management of strategic initiatives including M&A integration.
• Demonstrates adaptability and emotional intelligence in stakeholder management.
