• Oversee Operations, Legal, Finance and Technology teams.
• Direct Reports: Managing Director, Finance & Business Systems; Director of Operations; Interim Legal Counsel; Executive Assistant for Operations.
• Board governance and funder relations management.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and alignment of organization-wide priorities.
• Provide presidential support and scale engagement with global partners.
• Ensure risk management, regulatory compliance, and fiduciary oversight.
