Qualifications

• Experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or comparable industrial executive.
• Proven success improving profitability and operational performance.
• Strong financial, supply chain, and Lean manufacturing skills.
• Experience transferring operations between facilities preferred.
• Industrial equipment, tooling, chemicals, or consumables experience preferred.
