Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services, LLC is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the Asset Maintenance business nationwide. The role reports to the CEO and is accountable for profitability, operational excellence, safety, and sustainable growth across roadway and infrastructure maintenance contracts in the United States.

You will partner with the executive team to expand into new markets, develop scalable operational models, and build the organizational capabilities required for continued

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership experience managing multi-site infrastructure, transportation, asset management, construction, or maintenance operations.
• Demonstrated success leading organizations through aggressive growth and geographic expansion.
• Strong operational execution with a business development mindset.
• Experience managing large P&L responsibilities (100mm+).
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational discipline.
• Proven ability to select, negotiate and manage subcontractors to deliver contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to support geographic expansion and market growth.
• Provide executive leadership across multiple regions, projects, and accounts with a focus on safety, quality, and profitability.
• Drive operational excellence and cost optimization while ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning for regional leaders and managers.
• Represent the company with industry associations and stakeholders to pursue strategic partnerships.
