DCS Asset Maintenance is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the Asset Maintenance business nationwide in the United States. The COO will partner with the CEO to craft strategies for growth, operational scalability, and profitability, while upholding safety and quality standards across roadwork and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include overseeing regional operations, implementing scalable processes, and driving financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership experience (10+ years) in multi-site infrastructure/maintenance operations.
• Experience balancing strategic planning with operational execution and financial performance.
• Strong ability to drive growth, contract expansion, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term strategic planning to expand market presence across states.
• Oversee regional operations, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Direct budgeting, financial performance, and capital investments for growth.
• Develop leaders and ensure succession planning across regional teams.
• Maintain governance, risk management, and contract compliance across portfolios.
