Rise Technical in Dayton, Ohio, seeks a COO/VP of Operations to join as a true #2 leader for an aerospace and defense manufacturer with 50+ years of history, targeting major growth and long-term succession planning.

You will own on-site manufacturing operations, drive performance, and build the structure, processes, and leadership needed to support rapid expansion while working closely with the C-suite and key stakeholders to execute strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or business is required.
• Proven experience leading aerospace/defense or manufacturing operations through growth.
• Track record of guiding organizations through significant expansion.
