Job summary

The Fedcap Group seeks a Chief Operating Officer, Fedcap Rehabilitation Services, to drive operational strategy, growth, and performance across a broad portfolio of facilities management, workforce development, and rehabilitation programs. The role partners with the President to advance mission, service quality, and sustainability.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of executive leadership in complex, multi-site organizations, strong financial acumen, and a track record of strategic partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business or related Human Services field.
• Ten+ years of executive leadership experience leading and scaling complex organizations.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale Total Facilities Management operations or similar services.
• Proven success driving business growth, operational excellence, financial performance, and customer experience.
• Strong business and financial acumen across diverse funding models.
• Ability to develop high-performing leadership teams and manage growth and change.
• Experience overseeing regulatory compliance, quality, risk management, and performance.
• Demonstrated success building strategic partnerships that advance organizational goals.
• Exceptional executive presence with outstanding communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy and growth across multi-site operations and services.
• Provide executive leadership across all operational functions and ensure alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and data-informed decision making.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource optimization.
