Job summary

The Fedcap Group seeks a Chief Operating Officer for Fedcap Rehabilitation Services to lead operational strategy, performance, and growth across facilities management, workforce development, vocational rehabilitation, and related service programs. Reporting to the President, the COO will drive service delivery, financial performance, and multi-site operations.
