Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer/Executive Vice President of Operations (COO/EVP) to drive operational excellence across its nationwide network of fertility clinics, labs, and ambulatory surgery centers. The role reports to the CEO and leads enterprise operations, market expansion, and governance to ensure exceptional patient experiences and scalable growth.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive healthcare operations experience.
Experience leading multi-site healthcare operations and senior leadership teams.
Proven track record partnering with physicians and clinical leaders.
Experience with acquisitions, integrations, and rapid growth.
Strong strategic planning, financial, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for Pinnacle Fertility's nationwide network of clinics, labs, and surgery centers.
Set operating priorities, performance expectations, and accountability across the network.
Develop executive leaders and local operational teams; drive talent and succession planning.
Collaborate with physicians and clinical leaders to improve access, workflow, and patient experience.
Partner with CEO, CFO, and executives to achieve financial and growth objectives.
Lead integrations of acquired practices and support de novo locations and expansions.
