Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Ten+ years of senior leadership experience in operations, administration, compliance, technology governance, or related functions.
• Experience leading complex organizations and enterprise change initiatives.
• Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, education, public sector, or other mission-driven organizations strongly preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides executive oversight of enterprise compliance, risk management, and internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and organizational accountability.
• Leads enterprise operational planning and execution in support of CII's strategic priorities.
• Provides executive oversight of enterprise data and analytics to ensure timely, accurate, and actionable information for decision-making.
• Oversees enterprise technology governance and digital transformation to ensure technology investments support priorities and operational effectiveness.
• Ensures effective program integration across operations, data, and infrastructure to improve organizational performance.
