Groden Network seeks an experienced Chief Operating Officer for Children's Services in Providence, RI. This senior role will provide strategic and operational oversight of educational, residential, outpatient, and community-based programs across Providence, Warwick, Johnston, and Smithfield.

You will ensure coordinated service delivery, safety, clinical quality, and accessibility while guiding organizational strategy.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, Social Work, Non-Profit Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-program or multi-site settings, including oversight of educational, residential, outpatient, and community-based services.
• Strong executive management, budgeting, program development, quality improvement, and cross-departmental supervision abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily administration of school, residential, outpatient, and community-based programs.
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives.
• Ensure program compliance with Rhode Island DCYF regulations.
• Maintain high standards of care, safety, and clinical quality across services.
• Foster an inclusive, trauma-informed, person-centered culture.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, licensing, and payer requirements.
• Oversee health, safety, emergency response, and clinical escalation protocols for facilities.
• Partner with CFO to manage budgets and financial performance across programs.
• Monitor expenditures, staffing productivity, and contract performance.
• Collaborate with finance and program leaders to optimize resources and growth.
