Matchly Staffing Solutions is seeking a COO / Chief Systems Architect to redesign our operating model at scale.

We need a leader who can translate complex processes into scalable systems, improve clinician support, and reduce waitlists while growing capacity without proportional overhead. You will work directly with the CEO to build a national-operating framework that works even when you're not in the room.

We don't need someone to manage operations.

We need someone to redesign them.

Our ABA organization is growing rapidly. Families need services faster, clinicians need better support, and our systems must scale without sacrificing quality.

We're looking for a leader who enjoys solving difficult operational puzzles:

• How do you reduce waitlists without burning out clinicians?

• How do you double capacity without doubling overhead?

• How do you build systems that work even when you're not in the room?

You’ll have broad authority, direct access to the CEO, and the opportunity to build an operating model that can scale nationally.
