• 20+ years of ABA leadership experience.
• Proven ability to scale ABA organizations.
• Experience managing hundreds to thousands of clients.
• Strong executive presence and leadership maturity.
• Experience building workflows across intake, scheduling, staffing, recruiting, and billing.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and build clinical infrastructure.
• Design operational workflows across the organization.
• Lead and grow BCBA teams.
• Ensure billing, intake, recruiting, and scheduling are scalable and efficient.
• Drive company-wide systems development.
