Job summary

DCS Asset Maintenance is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead the Asset Maintenance portfolio across the United States, reporting to the CEO and overseeing regional operations, safety, and performance. You will partner with development teams to expand markets, optimize operations, and deliver sustainable profitability.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in executive leadership within infrastructure/maintenance, with proven growth and contract management experience, and experience with

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of executive leadership in infrastructure/maintenance.
• Experience managing large P&L and multi-site operations.
• Knowledge of state DOT contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead geographic expansion and growth initiatives.
• Strong ability to build and mentor senior operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Planning & Market Expansion efforts and pursue new contracts and partnerships.
• Provide executive oversight of Asset operations across regions and projects.
• Establish standards for safety, quality, and contract compliance while driving efficiency.
• Drive margin improvement and cost optimization through operational excellence.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, and growth forecasts.
• Foster leadership development and succession planning across regional teams.
