Tatum by Randstad is presently conducting a search for a COO for a well-established Southern CA based organization that has a specialization in handbags, jewelry, and charms for bracelets, along with many other stylish accessories. Organization has a track-record of financial success, supportive and entrepreneurial staff and leadership, and tons of opportunity for creativity and growth.

Organization has been around for 30 years; this role is open due to growth and succession planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization which included manufacturing, wholesale, retail and design business units. Compensation includes a blend of base salary and bonus.

Qualifications

• 10 - 15 years' of executive industry experience a MUST
• Experience working in an organization of at least $100mm in Revenues
• Function as a hands-on leader and lead by example
• Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
