Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a senior Conveyor Technician to serve as the site technical authority for conveyor operations. You will lead advanced diagnostics, perform complex repairs, and rebuild assets across material handling systems to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.

The role combines hands-on maintenance with system administration, requires strong troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical components, and mentoring of junior technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 8+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong CMMS expertise and ability to document work thoroughly.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Adherence to safety policies including LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostics and resolve mechanical and electrical failures across conveyor systems.
• Perform complex corrective maintenance, asset rebuilds, and system restoration.
• Replace/repair components within defined scope and safety standards.
• Execute and close CMMS work orders with accurate repair details.
• Support preventative maintenance to improve reliability and performance.
• Mentor and provide informal leadership to maintenance technicians.
