Job summary

FMH Conveyors, part of the Duravant family, designs and manufactures conveyors for distribution, e-commerce, and manufacturing. The Project Specialist will coordinate projects, track schedules, and maintain documentation, acting as a liaison across Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics and Project Management to keep work on schedule and stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in business, operations, supply chain, logistics or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in project coordination, logistics, or operations support.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project tracking systems.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and executing operational projects.
• Maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestone tracking tools.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks.
• Coordinate activities between Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, and Project Management teams.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including agendas and minutes.
• Coordinate outbound project shipments to customers and installation sites.
• Work with Shipping, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to project managers and installation teams.
• Assist in resolving shipment discrepancies, delays, or transportation issues.
• Prepare MRTs, project reports, dashboards, and progress summaries.
• Maintain project files and update tracking systems.
• Support development of SOPs and continuous process improvements.
