Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 – Conveyor Systems to maintain and repair our conveyor networks in DeSoto, TX. The role supports night shifts (Wed–Sat, 10:00pm–8:30am) and offers a base pay range shown, with potential increases based on performance and location.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, part replacements, and following safety standards to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime across the MHS landscape.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of related mechanical/electrical experience.
• High voltage electrical experience required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation of conveyor systems and material handling equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on conveyor systems.
• Change and repair parts of conveyor systems and rebuild/align equipment.
• Use illustrated parts breakdown and operation manuals for repair and maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment per company policies.
• Conduct daily inspections of machinery for potential issues.
• Occasionally provide after-hours support to keep MHS systems running.
