This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits; relocation support may be provided. Travel to customer sites is required 25–50% depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of conveyor controls design experience.
• Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLC).
• Ability to travel 25–50% of the time.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Power up electrical systems and configure hardware per client application requirements.
• Control panel design and enclosure layouts, HMI design, PLC programming for customized automation.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to read drawings and create electrical schematics.
• Create GUI specifications based on client requirements.
• Supervise control system construction and installation at client sites.
• Travel to customer sites to supervise construction and provide support.
