Job summary

A& Associates is seeking a reliable Sorter to join our manufacturing site in Pittsburgh. You will sort materials on the conveyor, inspect items for quality, and place them into designated piles while following SOPs.

This role requires basic physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment with daily Monday–Friday shifts and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Three months related experience or training.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort materials on the conveyor according to type, size, and condition.
• Inspect materials and separate contaminants or defects.
• Stack boxes and skids; feed material onto conveyor; keep work area clean.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures; report malfunctions and attend safety meetings.
