You will work with engineering to ensure reliable, value-driven solutions and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, quoting, order processing, and coordination with sales, marketing, and production teams to meet customer expectations and timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude to understand conveyance systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in sales or inside sales roles is strongly preferred.
• Experience explaining technical concepts clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for sales inquiries and advise on product lines.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and track shipments for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to address customer needs.
• Develop relationships with distribution partners and direct customers.
