Job summary

Beltservice is hiring for 1st shift in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will work on custom conveyor belt projects, collaborating with teammates to meet specific specifications.

The role involves using hand and power tools, measuring and marking materials, and operating manual production equipment. Starting wage is $18.00–$20.00 per hour with weekly pay and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated history of successful work experience, preferably in manufacturing or manual labor.
• Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn – we are ready to teach you about conveyor belting.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Legally eligible for employment in this country.
• Weekly pay.
• Starting wage $18.00-20.00/hour.

Responsibilities

• Work individually and with teammates to complete custom orders.
• Use basic hand tools and power tools to perform detail work for each project.
• Mark off measurements with tapes and squares; cut or apply adhesives as needed.
• Operate manual production machinery.
• Install simple and complex mechanical fasteners using hammers and machinery.

About the work:

• We are currently hiring for 1st shift(Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).
• Work both individually and together with team members to complete custom job orders.
• Use basic hand tools (hammer, knives, wrenches, measuring tapes, T-squares, etc.) and power tools (drills, sanders, grinders) to perform detail work specific to each project.
• Use measuring tapes and T-squares to mark off specific measurements and either cut or apply adhesives.
• Operate manual production machinery
• Use hammers and other machinery to install simple and complex mechanical fasteners
