Universal Belting Resource (UBR), a Beltservice company, is seeking a Production Worker to help create custom lightweight conveyor belt solutions and meet customer specifications.

You will measure, cut, assemble, and fabricate belts, use hand and power tools, and read precise measurements. Starting pay is $20/hour on 1st shift, with weekly pay and opportunities to learn and grow within the team.

Formación

• Experience in measuring and fabricating conveyor belts is a plus.
• Experience with reading measurements and following specifications is helpful.
• Mechanical aptitude and reliability are valued.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train across areas.

As a Production Worker , you’ll help create custom lightweight conveyor belt solutions that meet our customers’ needs and specifications. If you’ve worked in construction, automotive, landscaping, warehouses, flooring, carpentry, manufacturing, or other hands‑on jobs, you may already have the skills needed to have a successful career here. We can teach conveyor belting. The attitude , work ethic , and motivation are what matter most.

Your D ay M ay I nclude:

• Measuring, cutting, assembling, and fabricating conveyor belts .
• Using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment .
• Reading measurements and following customer specifications .
• Installing mechanical fasteners and components .
• Working independently and as part of a team to complete custom orders Not all projects are exactly alike, which means you’ll continually build new skills and gain valuable manufacturing experience. Available Shifts:

1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 8 :30 AM – 5 :00 PM

Requirements:

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds .
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic .
• Mechanical aptitude, a desire to learn, and ability to work independently.
• Willingness and ability to work up to 5 overtime hours per week, if needed.
• Experience making precise measurements and/or working in a production environment, a plus.
