The successful candidate will have at least 4 years post-qualification experience, be admitted as a Conveyancer, and possess solid knowledge of SA Deeds Registry procedures. Excellent client service and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Admitted conveyancer with 4+ years post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record handling high-volume property transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of SA Deeds Registry and conveyancing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end conveyancing for property sales and transfers.
• Draft deeds of sale, bonds, and transfer documents.
• Liaise with clients, agents, financial institutions, and Deeds Office.
• Calculate and collect fees, duties, and taxes accurately.
• Register property transfers and bonds promptly.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with regulations.
