3rd Shift (10pm-6am)

Overtime: frequent overtime up to 4 hours daily.

Primary job duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks supporting the manufacturing areas, production, conducting quality checks, material set‑up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, a desire to learn manufacturing processes and operate complex machinery, and a desire to advance within the company.

Applicants MUST HAVE:

• Availability to work the 3rd Shift (10 pm‑6 am) with frequent overtime up to 4 hours daily.
• Strong attendance and safety record, and availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

What you need to succeed:

• Machine Operator experience in a high‑volume manufacturing setting.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience in the last 5 years.
• Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions, and perform other duties as assigned.
• Strong computer skills and ability to apply technology in the workplace.
• Compliance with all safety regulations and maintenance of a clean and safe work environment.
• Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Physical ability to navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.
