Carolina-Container-A-Division-of-New-Indy seeks a production shift supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating training, scheduling, and daily work assignments.

Responsibilities include enforcing policies, addressing performance gaps, and supporting lean manufacturing practices to meet customer deadlines.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior mounting experience preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret product layouts and production specifications.
• Team player with problem-solving abilities.

SUMMARY: Responsible for Leading the activities of production employees to maintain safety, quality, and efficient productions.
