Job summary

Revolution Company in Kilgore, TX is seeking a Converting Production Operator to support our packaging and materials conversion lines. This role requires following EH&S policies, performing quality checks, and assisting with line readiness to keep production running smoothly.

The operator will troubleshoot minor equipment issues, maintain clean work areas, and work with packers to ensure efficient shifts. Lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods are involved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Machinery experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Follow Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure product quality following Quality Control guidelines.
• Keep workstations and surrounding areas clean, neat and organized.
• Troubleshoot and repair Converting Department production line equipment.
• Use hand tools as outlined in the operator's tool list.
• Follow housekeeping and SOPs per company requirements.
• Assist packers to keep production lines running (boxing, stacking, labeling).
• Close out shift by cleaning up and preparing for the next shift.
