Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2+ years in general warehouse operations.
• Ability to read and understand simple written materials.
• Ability to perform arithmetic with fractions and decimals.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA requirements.
• Set up machine to specifications and standard setup time.
• Operate machine to production targets and waste targets.
• Troubleshoot machine and assist maintenance.
• Keep work area clean and adhere to GMPs.
• Complete required forms (Job Plan, Shift Run Report, Quality Sheet, checklists).
• Support continuous process improvement and teamwork on 12-hour rotating shifts.
