Job summary

Mactac North America is hiring a Converting Operator to join the production team in Moore, SC. You will run and monitor converting machines, load materials, and help maintain quality and safety standards on the line.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and may involve rotating shifts, overtime, and weekend work. First shift operates 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday with Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor converting machines safely and efficiently.
• Perform general set‑up of machines and prepare materials for production.
• Load and unload materials and assist in machine operation.
• Track and label finished products manually and electronically.
• Communicate with supervisors and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Set priorities to match job assignments and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Check products to ensure they meet quality standards and safety policies.
