SCOPE OF POSITION

Converting Inspector assists operators during set up, inspects the finished product at required rate, and ensure cleanliness of the machine.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• All employees are responsible for their own safety and the safety of those around them.
• Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operation of the machine is consistent with the policies and procedures that make up the Quality System,HACCP, GMP’s and SQF system requirements
• Sets the example of safe operation by following established safety guidelines; Follows established safety guidelines; holds self and others accountable
• Ensure quality of finished bag
• Communicates any quality deficiencies to the operator
• Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operation of the machine is consistent with the policies and procedures that make up the Quality System,HACCP, GMP’s and SQF system requirements
• Ensures work area is kept clean according to facility/corporate standards
• Ensures all environmental standards and requirements are met.
