Essity is hiring a Converting Operator for the Harrodsburg, KY facility. The role entails operating a production line for towel or tissue products, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to SOPs while maintaining machine performance.

Responsibilities include changeovers, material preparation, shift handoffs, and accurate data documentation. Must pass background check and health requirements, with prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background check and drug test.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift, including day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line for towel or tissue products.
• Maintain safety, quality, and machine performance per SOPs.
• Lead changeovers and adjust materials per procedures.
• Complete documentation and data files for tracking.
• Utilize Levels Program to advance technical skills.
