The role oversees Die Cutter and Flexos operations with two-weeks AM shift followed by two-weeks PM shift, focusing on coaching, training, and developing direct reports.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, quality improvements, waste reduction, throughput optimization, and accurate production reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of converting processes and corrugated industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication with hourly personnel and managers.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer requirements and manufacturing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership and educate the department.
• Drive quality initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
• Minimize waste through training and accountability.
• Increase throughput by boosting uptime and speeds.
• Identify machine issues and coordinate with maintenance.
• Ensure accurate production reporting and data entry.
• Coach and develop employees for effectiveness.
