Staffmark Group is hiring a Converting Machine Operator in Crystal Lake, IL. The role involves operating manufacturing equipment, monitoring product quality, and maintaining safe, efficient production in a fast-paced environment.

Pay ranges from $17.00 to $17.50 per hour with multiple shifts available (A-D). Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and English communication, basic math, and ability to read measurements to 1/16 of an inch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic math and measurement skills to 1/16 of an inch.
• Ability to multitask while operating equipment and completing paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Measure materials and finished products accurately.
• Package and prepare products for shipment or further processing.
• Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Keep machines running efficiently while monitoring product quality.
• Remove scrap materials and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, production requirements, and work instructions.
• Assist with material handling and production support activities as needed.
